What's this asian movie called?

Ok, all I remember from the title was the word Promise in it,and the
dvd cover was blue, showing a girl's face and her mom.

The plot is that a girl's mother passed away, but the girl could care
less for her mother's death, and does not even bother going to her
mother's funeral. She still goes out and parties, but when she gets
into tough situations, her mother's ghost came to help her, and
promises to watch over her daughter, even if she was dead. It's a
asian movie, speaking chinese i believe.
